Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented ERP Financial Implementation Specialist with a strong background in manual testing. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with leading ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, and Microsoft Dynamics, particularly within financial modules. The role involves implementing, testing, and supporting ERP solutions in modules including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets, and Taxation.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and participate in ERP financial module implementations and enhancements across SAP, Oracle, and Microsoft Dynamics.

Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical and functional specifications.

Conduct manual testing of ERP financial modules to ensure functionality, accuracy, and reliability.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of ERP systems with business processes.

Perform functional testing, regression testing, and UAT support.

Troubleshoot and resolve system issues related to financial modules (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, and Taxation).

Create and maintain documentation including test cases, user manuals, process flows, and issue logs.

Ensure compliance with regulatory and financial reporting requirements.

Provide end-user training and support during and after ERP implementation.
Required Skills & Experience:

5–6 years of experience in ERP Financial Implementation and Manual Testing.

Hands-on experience with SAP, Oracle ERP, and Microsoft Dynamics.

Strong understanding of financial modules: General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets, and Taxation.

Proficient in creating test plans, test cases, and defect tracking.

Ability to analyze and document business processes.

Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.

Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field.

Certification in ERP platforms (SAP FI, Oracle Financials, or Microsoft Dynamics) is a plus.

Experience working in a multi-ERP environment or with ERP migration projects is desirable.
