Position Overview
We are looking for a passionate and skilled Android Developer to join our growing mobile development team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in designing, developing, and maintaining high-performance Android applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features that deliver a seamless user experience.
Key Responsibilities

Design and build advanced applications for the Android platform using Kotlin and Java.

Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend developers to define and implement application features.

Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.

Identify and correct bottlenecks, fix bugs, and continuously improve application performance.

Work with APIs, third-party libraries, and cloud services.

Stay updated with emerging technologies and best practices in Android development.

Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving code quality standards.

Manage the complete app development lifecycle — from concept to deployment and maintenance.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

4–5 years of proven experience in Android app development.

Strong proficiency in Kotlin and Java.

Solid understanding of Android SDK, Jetpack components, and UI/UX design principles.

Experience with RESTful APIs, Retrofit, Room Database, and MVVM/MVP architecture.

Knowledge of Firebase, Google Play Services, and Push Notifications.

Experience with version control systems such as Git.

Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and agile methodologies.

Good problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.

Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Preferred Skills

Experience with Compose UI, Coroutines, or Flow.

Exposure to Unit Testing and UI Testing frameworks (JUnit, Espresso).

Knowledge of material design guidelines and responsive layouts.
